Preparation:

Step 1: Make a pot of regular tea.

Just boil the tea as you normally do and then use sugar or honey to sweeten it. Place inside the refrigerator until well chilled.

Step 2: Add in the Tapioca Pearls.

Boil water. One cup of tapioca pearls needs two cups of water, so the more you add more tapioca pearls the more water you will need. At this point the pearls are supposed to float, stir them if the stick to the bottom of the pan and then allow it cook until the texture becomes chewy or like a bubble gum.

Step 3: Continue cooking.
